Warning ... Fat Photos Ahead!
... well ... these are my fat photos. Fair is fair ... everyone else has posted 'before' photos ... I hate posting them on here for all to see but this is what I used to look like. I was 95 kilos + but think I was probably closer to or above the 100kg mark .. I can't believe I used to look like this!

Yep, we need after shots now :-) It's great to have before photos to really see how far you have come! Sometimes I feel fat again and I just have to look at my before photos to realise that I'm not now.
I am sure you are a lot happier now and feel so much healthier (I know I do). Yes, some happy pics please!

Even though you looked sad, your photos still showed that you were living your life. Which is fantastic! But I bet the photos that are taken now show how much easier and happier it is to live the same life.
It is incredible to think back to the beginning and how far we have come. You have done an amazing job and it would be good to see what you look like now, just to be able to visualise the difference.

Definitely need after shots, but these are good to look back on and see how far you've come. I hate my before shots but i'm sure once i'm at goal I will love showing them around!
